  Carefully repackage the product in its original crate or packaging to ensure it remains protected from damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For oversized door units, we will coordinate a freight pickup at your location; smaller hardware items can be dropped off at any authorized carrier point.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
